REFUNDS
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at vanillabear.com.au within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We will do what we can to rectify the situation. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and no refunds will include postage price.
All stock available for purchase is in our storeroom ready to be shipped and has been individually checked for faults. If you receive an item with a fault that we have overlooked, contact us by email with a photo showing the fault to receive a refund.
Any refunds will be given at the discretion of Vanilla Bear.
You are not entitled to a refund for change of mind.
When you purchase from Vanilla Bear you have accepted the possibility that there may be slight variations in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different due to monitor settings.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so only if your order hasn't been processed. A full refund will be given.
